Las ventajas de comer frutas

Las frutas son el alimento perfecto, requiere de una mínima cantidad de energía para poder ser digerida y le brinda lo máximo al organismo de retorno. Es el único alimento que logra hacer trabajar al cerebro. El principal componente es la fructuosa, que se transforma en glucosa con mucha facilidad. En la mayor parte de los casos entre el 85 y 95% corresponde a agua, lo que significa que esta está limpiando y alimentando al mismo instante. Las frutas van rápidamente por el estómago y luego al intestino donde liberan sus azúcares. El problema es cuando hay carnes, almidones o papas en el recorrido al estómago, ya que las frutas quedan presas y se comienzan a fermentar.
Si comemos fruta posteriormente a una cena es muy probable que pasemos el resto de la noche con cierta pesadez en el estómago y un desagradable sabor en la boca, es debido a que no nos alimentamos correctamente. Se deben ingerir siempre las frutas con el estómago vacío. Las frutas son el mejor alimento que podemos ingerir para prevenirnos contra las enfermedades del corazón. Contienen bioflavonoides, que evitan que la sangre se espese y obstruya las arterias. También fortalece los vasos capilares, causante muchas veces de ataques cardíacos.
Probablemente el único problema con las frutas es que la mayoría de las personas no sabe como ingerirlas de manera que permita a nuestro organismo asimilar efectivamente todos sus nutrientes. Las frutas no son digeridas en el estómago sino en el intestino delgado. Al salir de la cama lo que requerimos es algo que digiramos fácilmente, frutas que el cuerpo pueda absorber de inmediato y que colabore con la limpieza. Evitemos el café, pan y manteca que nos llevará el día entero para poder digerirlos correctamente.
En la mañana, durante el día o cuando nos sea gratificante, debemos ingerir frutas frescas y jugos realizados en ese instante. Cuanto más tiempo permanezcan solo las frutas en el cuerpo, mayor será la posibilidad de lograr limpiarlo, así que ya saben
